A visit to our air-conditioned fitness centre will allow those that are fit or even unfit the opportunity to become more active with a range of fitness machines and weights providing the opportunity to complete a variety of exercises.
If you prefer a more leisurely exercise experience, then a swim in our light and airy heated indoor pool overlooking the 18th hole is a must or simply relax for a while in our sauna.
Opening Hours are 7:00am until 9:00pm every day. Last admission is 8:00pm.

Members can bring guests for £7 for a day session. Children Under the age of 4 are free to swim with a paying adult and Children 4 and over are £5 as a members guest. Under 18s may only use the pool when accompanied by an adult.
Visitors are welcome to use the leisure club. Please note in busy times you may be asked to wait before entering the facilties if the pool is at capacity.

I have a wide range of gym equipment and knowledge of many different exercises so not only will you exercise the whole body, but you will also never be bored! My style is to encourage and motivate you to get the best out of yourself, physically and mentally, not to push you mercilessly!
Through my work with a wonderful range of people from elite athletes at Brighton and Hove Albion FC, to local sports teams such as Lewes FC, Bexhill Basketball, Rye Netball, Ashford Rugby, Bodyworks Triathlon to 90-year-old people who are in care homes, I believe in adapting my approach to suit each individual.
There are so many ways to exercise (Olympic lifting, kettlebells, machines, dumbells, trx, cadiovascular, HIIT etc) and many different objectives to be achieved, I believe it is my job to simplify what methods will work best for you and make fitness training more accessible for everyone. Whether you are training to increase your strength, stamina, speed, suppleness, skill, grit, or all of them, I have some great tips and techniques to show you, that will help you to discover the 'real you' sooner than you think!
I can also help you with weight loss, sports injuries, back problems and could supplement a prescribed physiotherapy programme.
